Job Description:

Tower's Customer Service Representatives work in a high volume call center. They provide customer service to insureds and agents on a variety of issues, often related to billing.

Requirements include:

Experience working in a high volume call center
Strong customer service skills
knowledge of either personal or commercial lines insurance a plus
Good computer/data entry skills
