TheLine Mechanic, an integral part of our plant operations team, operates, troubleshoots, repairs, constructs, installs,maintains, overhauls, and adjusts equipment related to production operations and works with all personnel to help the plant improve and run efficiently.
Pay rate is $26.61/hr, plus5%night shift differential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for production of highest quality products in an efficient and safe manner
- Extensive mechanical knowledge of any and all production equipment
-Performs any and all quality PCPs
-Ability to use manuals to learn and master new mechanical components not previously used on your own
-Extensive knowledge of mechanical diagrams - able to use to help troubleshoot issues with machines
-Maintainswork area to expected levelsof organization and cleanliness
-Completes all required documentation related to quality and maintenance
- Must be able tooperate a forklift
