Job Description

Mercy Critical Care Fellowship- Mercy St. Louis

Sign On Bonus up to $20,000 for experienced RNs

New Grad sign on bonus $5,000 for all Critical Care departments

Upcoming Start Dates:

  • January 10, 2022
  • March 20, 2022
  • May 15, 2022
  • June 26, 2022

Overview:

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Departments:

T/N ICU, M/S ICU, Burn ICU, TCU, CVICU, SPCU, CPCU/MPCU, Tele2


Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred
  • License: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri.
  • Experience: Tech experience or RN experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

  • $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness Program to aid in paying off your RN student loan debt
    • Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap)
    • Must start with Mercy within12-months of graduation.
