We are seeking a Human Resources intern to support the Business Partners and Learning and Organizational Development team. This position will assist with HR projects and initiatives throughout the summer and work closely with fellow HR employees to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical human resources field.

This position reports directly to the Human Resources Coordinator and is expected to work primarily Remote.

The candidate may work on one or more of the following, but not restricted to:

• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Affirmative Action Planning initiatives
• Onboarding (process improvement and documentation)
• Employee reboarding process (preparing employees to return to the office)
• Women's leadership conference
• Integrating mission, vision, and values into HR processes
• Assist with work visas and green card processing for current employees

Duration: Summer 2021

Minimum requirements:

• College student (Must have completed at least 1 year)
• Pursuing a degree related to HR (Business, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
