POSITION SUMMARY

Support of the U.S. Venture Open philanthropic golf outing. This position will work the summer of 2022 with potential to work during winter break and spring break leading up to summer 2022.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with U.S. Venture Open event preparation and execution
• Order supplies
• Work with vendors to order necessary services
• Prepare and organize event documentation and supplies for all locations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills
• Great communication skills via email, over the phone and in person
• Ability to prioritize and work under multiple deadlines
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
• Student pursuing college degree
