Riderwood Village a 5-Star continuing care retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland is looking for a college intern to work 40 hours a week (hours can be flexible) to provide support for the Human Resources Department Recruitment Team.

How you will make an impact:

• Supporting recruitment team to fill open positions
• Sources top-level talent and makes appropriate referrals to recruiters.
• Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
• Performs reference and background checks on applicants.

What you will need:

• Good organizational capabilities
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Has majored in or obtained credits in Human Resources Management
