Business Coordinator/Analyst, Full Time, Day shift
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for obtaining and providing accurate and complete data input for billing of EP patients as well as compiling and analyzing data to assist with the financial and operational business decision making of the department.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare experience in a healthcare related experience in obtaining and handling billing, data entry, materials management, and customer service. Minimum 1 year data entry and/or data analysis preferred in a healthcare environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Demonstrated ability in data analysis, manipulation, and presentation. Demonstrates ability in obtaining root cause of problems and assisting management in process improvement. Demonstrates impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to effectively use critical thinking/analytical skills, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritizing, time management, etc. Ability to multitask and pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to interpret clinical data. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
