Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall street operations of vehicles and crews.
• Responsible to take transports from call taker and prioritize in order of medical condition.
• Checks both computerized and paper records, current and future, for accuracy.
• Fields telephone calls on multi-line system.
• Communicates problems and issues to supervisor.
• Assumes role of courier when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Clean driverrsquo;s abstract required.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as dispatcher required.
