In support of the OTSP CC130J program, CAE is looking for instructor pilot candidates to support the Canadian Forces' (CF) instructors in delivering the CC130J training curriculum. This includes responding to 426 Squadron instructional management staff and providing student training to meet CF needs; ensuring alignment with needs of Squadron chief instructor for all matters related to standards of instruction, teaching methodologies, and handling of and reporting on CF CC130J students. As practical, interact closely with Squadron instructional staff to coordinate instructional tasks, review and apply lessons derived from training that has been conducted, and collaborate on assessing student performance
