We have an opportunity for a Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO) for a government location in Moorestown, NJ.

*This position is for a seasoned security professional that will function as the site security lead with overall responsibility for all aspects of a program security effort supported.
*Effectively implements federal program security regulations and obtains rulings, interpretations, or proposes acceptable deviations for compliance from USG program security personnel
*Develops, delivers, and maintains an effective, ongoing security education, training, and awareness program
*Serves as the lead for self-inspections, TS-accountability, document control, personnel security, and physical security activities that materially contribute to a USG program security effort
*Must be able to collaborate effectively with program managers, program staff, and other USG stakeholders on-site and remotely to successfully execute program security functions
*Thorough knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), JSIG IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and other applicable security regulations and requirements
*Candidate must be experienced with and able to work independently
*Experience with the planning and execution of a secured facility build-out for a government agency, strongly desired

*Four year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in a SAP environment supporting an effective, compliant program security effort.
*This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance based on a current SSBI.

*This position will require the attainment of the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within 12 months of employment
