Posting Summary | The at the at is seeking an outstanding candidate for a tenured or tenure track, associate/full professor position specializing in research in the field of organizational psychology. The successful candidate should have at least five years of teaching experience and mentoring students, published research in organizational psychology, industry connections and partnerships, and an excellent history of developing and maintaining an extramurally funded research program. The new faculty member will be expected to teach graduate level courses in organizational psychology and contribute to student training at the masters and doctoral levels. This faculty member will work with the Department Leadership to develop and grow the Psy.D. program as well as other relevant programs. Candidates will have been trained as a scientist-practitioner who will be expected to develop and maintain an active, extramurally funded research program. The faculty member will work effectively with a team of highly dedicated faculty members within the Department, GSAPP, Rutgers University, and the broader scientific and professional community. Salary, start-up, and other considerations are consistent with Rutgers' commitment to attract exceptional individuals. The ideal candidate will be available to start January 1, 2024 or sooner.
