Posting Summary | Assistant Coach reports to the Head Coach and is responsible to assist in all aspects of coaching the sport including guiding, educating, developing, and recruiting, student-athletes to achieve their fullest potential with the fundamental characteristics and requirements that are necessary to conduct and produce a successful and highly competitive university intercollegiate program while instilling the importance of academic achievements at the Division III level. Methods, procedures, and philosophies are to be conducted in accordance with University, NCAA, ECAC, and NJAC rules and regulations |
