Posting Summary | Applications are invited for the Post-doctoral associate position at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers University. The duties include synthesizing oxide semiconductor thin film materials in various environmental conditions; performing structural and electrical characterization; and preparing archival journal manuscripts based on the results. Familiarity with maintaining and operating thin film vacuum deposition systems and electrical characterization of devices is preferable. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree with a background in condensed matter sciences and relevant science/engineering disciplines. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is highly motivated and has a strong academic record. Tentative start date: Feb 1, 2024 (1 year period of appointment). The positions report to Prof. Shriram Ramanathan. |
