General Summary:

Reporting to the Director - Payment Services and Cash Management, the Cash Manager has all North American and some global responsibility for all Cash Management functions including, online accessibility and signatories, administration over the Treasury Management System, Cash management, daily liquidity and related accounting, Cash forecasting/modeling and analysis, wire/ach payments, execution of investments, and daily short term funding, acquisition integration and assimilation. Other areas requiring input would be related to managing bank relationships, process improvement projects, and other related areas as needed in coordination with the Director - Payment Services and Cash Management and / or the Assistant Treasurer.

Principal Accountabilities:

25% - Directs the control of consolidated cash resources. Daily decisions on cash requirements. Includes cash accounting, electronic funds movements and letters of credit. Directs, develops and delegates responsibilities to maintain internal accounting controls and accounting policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

20% - Develops, implements, and manages initiatives associated with maintaining state of the art Treasury Management practices and systems to meet current and future requirements.

15% - Directs, develops and executes acquistion integration strategies as they related to cash efficiency, bank relationships, bank accounts and related accounting

15% - Manages controls and policies regarding bank account and web access, signatory approval, and compliance with DOJ and FATCA policies

5% - Directs and develops strategies associated with ongoing re-engineering of financial operations.

5%- Responsible for managing the I/C netting process between and among all CSC internal Companies, including the acquisitions who are not consolidated in SAP. The netting process involves working with Accenture, processing fx trades, administering cash movements and creating entries to upload into SAP as well as communicating with external acquisitions to ensure alignment on I/C balances.

5% - Direct and manage debt/swap payments, resets, revolver/LC fees. Reviews, manages, and directs all compliance related issues for Treasury department.

5% - Responsible for Company's Bank relationships, i.e., negotiations on pricing, bank services purchased, review of new product development, review of existing relationships, and agreement documentation. Manage budgeted bank fees of $2.5 million.

5% - Manages, analyses and reports on CP balances, global cash receipts, disbursement and usage, and interest expense.



Job Complexity:

* Technical knowledge of all aspects of cash and liquidity management - short term investing/borrowing, banking laws and regulations, cash accounting.
* Technical knowledge of General Accounting theory and procedures.
* Consults with major bank relationships on the development of new products. This can lead to changes in company policy and the development of a new banking products.
* Integrating new Treasury Management initiatives, new accounting procedures and compliance with mandated government regulations into existing system applications and or procedures.

Job Specifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
* CCM, CTP, or CPA Certifications Preferred
* 5+ years of Treasury experience
* Cash Management Experience required
* Experience managing banking relationships required
* Experience working with a treasury management system preferred (e.g. SAP, Wall Street, IT2, SunGard, etc.)
* Experience managing commercial paper program preferred
* Exposure to international cash management preferred
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent analytical skills
* Good communication and client interface skills
* Excellent negotiating skills


Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with ~ 5% travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$85,900-$140,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
