That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing all cash application, including credit cards, wire, lockbox to customer account accurately and timely manner
  • Accurately post and reconcile customer's incoming payments with invoices, credit memos and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank transaction with customer's account accordingly based on customer's remittance advice and deposit information
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues in a timely manner
  • Processing a high volume of transactions each day
  • Processes refunds through check or wire to clear credit invoices or overpayments
  • Responsible sending out invoices and monthly statements
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied payments, and unidentified deposits
  • Create regular reports to accurately track customer's payment information
  • Responsible for reporting daily/weekly/monthly reports to direct supervisor
  • Responsible for providing information to all inquiry that pertains to customer payment information
  • Assist and support any additional task or project assigned to team as needed base

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or collections is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant AR experience
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
