We help professionals, multigenerational families, executives, and business owners to simplify their financial lives. We also work with retirement plan trustees and administrators to create and optimize their company retirement plan while ensuring that a consistent process is in place to educate and empower eligible employees. The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic, polished professional to join our growing team in our Marlton, NJ office as a Senior Vice President - Corporate Services. You are a licensed financial professional with a passion to help people and are driven to succeed. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new retirement plan business for our practice
  • Serve as lead relationship manager for retirement plans you are responsible for
  • Hold and conduct trustee meetings for retirement plan clients
  • Hold and conduct group participant meetings with retirement plan clients
  • Make qualified referrals for new wealth management prospects to the group practice
  • Qualify prospective clients for additional needs and make appropriate recommendations

What You'll Bring:

  • An understanding of business retirement plans
  • An understanding of ERISA and fiduciary considerations
  • A proven track record of success developing and managing retirement plan business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
  • A commitment to ethical business practices
  • Experience in referral marketing, professional networking, and public speaking are preferred
  • FINRA Series 7, 66, Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred
  • Designations including: CFP, CPFA, AIF, C(k)P, and CRPS are preferred, but not required
  • Seven to ten years of experience in financial services preferred
