Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a part-time internship available with the Parts Warehouse at our Victoria, Texas location. In this role, you will learn and assist with pulling parts orders for external and internal customers, assist with stock replenishment, and assist with parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards. This position is an entry-level Parts Warehouse High School Intern and will be under the guidance of an experienced Parts Supervisor. The intern's primary purpose is to learn and develop in a Parts role and receive on-the-job training (OJT). The hours for this position will be flexible to work with your school schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Attend required company-instructed classroom courses
2. Maintain safety training and procedures
3. Receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from Service Leadership

On-the-job training curriculum may include:

• Completes all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely manner
• Completes all stock replenishment tasks to ensure property inventory status in the parts warehouse
• Maintain parts warehouse and outside yards so they are neat and orderly

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate(s) must be a High School student.
