Global Finance is one of the key Functions which form the common core of Haleon's operating model and approach.

We provide the partnership, strategic counsel and support services the business units need to operate efficiently and effectively. This enables them to focus on developing, manufacturing and delivering products to the consumers who need them.

Our three-year Finance Graduate Program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally.You'll have three stretching rotations, to give you a solid grounding in your career. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of Finance functions, including Business Partnering, Controlling, Planning and Forecasting, with the possibility of an international placement. During your time with Haleon on the graduate program, you will be helped as you work towards studying for your CIMA qualification. With first-class support and development opportunities, you'll build the skills expected for future leadership roles and directly contribute to our goals and ambitions along the way.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • You will be a key player in your team, and work on business-critical initiatives

  • Contribute to the implementation of the plan for the Finance function that you are placed in, through assisting on relevant projects

  • Business partner with a wide group of internal stakeholders both within and outside of your team

  • Be a part of the team accountable for the reporting of financial results for an entity or cluster of smaller entities, with commentary including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for its accuracy and completeness

  • Support all aspects of the financial month end review process

  • You will be supported and encouraged in your development, both personal and professional but should be driven to own your own development, network, and drive your career focus

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preference for a bachelor's degree with some element of Accounting, Finance or Business content.

  • Graduation by Spring/Summer 2024.

  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.

Other requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa status
