HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

As a Client Lead at North Highland, you will have the ability to own and manage a portion of our business. This is an entrepreneurial role, [end to end ownership]. This includes everything from setting the strategy for your account(s), selecting and developing your team, and growing the business in partnership with our experts from the practice. You would report directly into the Life Sciences industry leader and have his support as you grow and develop your accounts, but also have the ownership to run these accounts how you want.

YOU WILL:

  • Draw on your own unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients' challenges and developcreative solutions.

  • Impact North Highland's bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that fuel growth.

  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland's holistic approach to consulting. Become an expert in our full range of capabilities: Strategy, Technology, People & Change.

  • Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program and Project Management

  • Successfully managing multiple and/or complex projects at one or more clients through hands on delivery

  • Developing partnership relationships with the client's executive level personnel

  • Drive new account acquisition through developing and implementing target account strategies.

  • Manage client investments and portfolio of projects to meet or exceed margin forecasts


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 8+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience

  • Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities

  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients

  • Experience in at least one of North Highland's areas of expertise, e.g., Change Management, Program Management, Data &Analytics, Process, Strategy, etc.

Our preference is that this individual will be based in Philly, NJ, NYC [general northeast]

We offer performance-based bonus incentives for eligible roles. In addition, this role has a competitive base salary of: $
225- $250K
