Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Oracle Student Financial Planning (OSFP) Administrator for the Office of Information Technology.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
  • Provides analytical and complex programming support for the Financial Aid/Enrollment management and other university administrative and academic offices.
  • Serves as one of the primary system administrators for the enterprise OSFP environment.

Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience with relevant systems experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years relevant system administration experience with Oracle Cloud products.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with GITlab, PL/SQL and Groovy Scripting or JAVA.
  • Experiences with ETL tools and Reporting tools interacting with Oracle Cloud/OSFP platform.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on OSFP and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years relevant system administration experience with Oracle Cloud products.
  • OSFP/Oracle Cloud Admin certified.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Higher Education related processes and systems.
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
