General Summary

The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations role supports the Investor Relations team in the areas of research, presentation and analysis. The position resides within a fast-paced team and environment where core finance skills, clear communication, multi-tasking, and extreme attention to detail, are critical to success.

Additionally, this role will provide some administrative support to the department including managing workplans and calendars, expense and budget reporting and other admin support and tasks, including preparing quarterly dividend vouchers as well as supporting marketing efforts for equity analysts and other stakeholders.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the inside out and will provide tremendous 'on-the-job training' as you work closely with members of Investor Relations team and other members throughout the broader finance organization as well as the business units.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all aspects of Campbell's investor relations strategies, objectives, and key results, while working closely with senior management across the organization
  • Analyze business data sets or financial statements.
  • Research and monitor the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry trends and peer performance - may be extended to include key suppliers, retailers, and companies in adjacent industries. Support compiling and preparing detailed company analyses for dissemination and reporting to senior management team, including summaries of relevant quarterly earnings reports.
  • Assist in preparing written materials and support development of discussion and presentation materials, including but not limited to memos, meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel analyses.
  • Support the IR team in developing key quarterly earnings materials, such as the earnings presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A as well as shareholder letters, annual reports, marketing decks and other analytical and support documents.
  • Maintain corporate Investor Relations website, working closely with vendor(s)
  • Maintain analyst consensus models, working closely with vendor(s) on a timely basis
  • Event management - including managing quarterly earnings call logistics as well as assisting in planning and executing events such as non-deal roadshows, HQ visits, and Investor Days.
  • Attend earnings prep materials, as well as buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as requested for the purpose of capturing thorough notes and managing follow ups
  • Assist on other ad hoc admin or strategy projects
  • Act as central point of contact for Vendor / PO management and IR budgeting process
  • Ownership / distribution of quarterly dividend payment vouchers
  • Managing / updating the peer slides included in Board of Directors materials

Experience

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in a public company FP&A or external reporting role
  • Prior Investor Relations experience strong plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or economics

  • Highly organized and disciplined with great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, written, communication, prioritization and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analytical, strong quantitative problem-solving skills; Detail oriented highly organized individual
  • Ability to communicate and work in a collaborative team environment, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong Interest in developing in the area of Business Strategy and /or Investor Relations with and an eagerness to help support projects to improve the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proactive /problem-solving mindset; Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Impeccable integrity and respect for confidentially of material.
  • Committed to maintaining strong team work ethic and environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
