Job Overview:

The Patient Access Representative will accurately and promptly collect all pertinent information at the initial point of registration to ensure the proper billing process occurs, which will enhance timely cash flow and reduce the days in accounts receivable. Interviews all patients in an attempt to obtain demographic and financial information.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology/medical insurance is preferred.
  • Two years in registration and CPAR certification preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Per Diem, Day
