How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role will work at a manufacturing facility, most likely in Pennsylvania. There will be direct interaction with the Engineering team, Operations, HSES, and Site Leadership virtually across multiple locations.

High level, cross functional interactions with site leadership, production, HSES team, engineers, and SAP team. English is the required language. Strong understanding of data analysis, methods of categorizing, and the ability to create dashboards for performance based metrics.

Mission Summary:

As ALAM moves into a new phase of operation, we desire a higher level of transparency of data, which will allow us to monitor performance and drive improvement priorities.

You will contribute to this mission by...

  • This position will work to extract financial, production process performance, HSES (leading/lagging), and general on time ship conformance data.

  • This position will establish automated collection and analysis processes to allow for improved communication and progress tracking in dashboards.
