Job Requirements

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Proactively identity sales/profitability enhancement opportunities and cost containment activities
  • Lead cross-functional BU strategy development incorporating planning and execution, budgeting, forecasting, pricing/margin and overall P&L management within Nourish BU.
  • Align cross-functional objectives and KPIs to ensure alignment and execution against regional strategy and budget expectations.
  • Develop appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support our strategic vision.
  • Lead cross-functional business teams to evaluate viability of capital investments outlining key market potential, investment phasing, ROI and risks associated.
  • Collaboratively lead monthly pipeline reviews sharing insights and recommendations to Regional Leadership Team
  • Educate, communicate, and reinforce best practices and ways of working.
  • Lead quarterly review cycles of Account Plans with Regional Leadership Team
  • Leads all regional Office of the President communications including email communications and regional townhall activities.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of professional experience, focused on Strategic Planning, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation with proven track record.
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic record. MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and margin improvement at the corporate, business, or customer level.
  • Experience creating strategy program roadmap and detailed financial cases for changes.
  • Proficiency in Key Business Development Software
    • High Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
    • Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Previous experience in agile work methodologies or certifications a plus
