Project Lead

Your Skills
  • Review scope, specification, deliverables and project plan with global and local project teams, and establish project planning/tracking.
  • Develop a project charter, project schedule planning, negotiate resources, negotiate budget, have the code revised, track the project status, make all those steps visible to all stakeholders.
  • Participate and organize local workshops, facilitate meetings, deliverables follow up and proper communication with all CTO NA engineering and related departments (supply chain, sourcing, program team, quality department, finance, field, etc).
  • Responsible for interface a benchmark analysis with other Schindler Zones like India, Brazil, China and Switzerland.
  • Manage cost center and project budget for CTO department including proper reporting for CTO-NA leaders.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or other closely related field of study.
  • 4 years + (48 months) of work experience in the offered or other closely related alternate positions.
  • Experiences may be concurrent. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.
