Job Description

Come join Verisk's corporate Learning team! This Learning Lead will play a key role in developing both on-site and virtual learning experiences for our team.The role reports into our Jersey City, NJ office, offering ahybrid work environment with in-office work 2-3 days/week.

  • Support, facilitate or create as and when required, both on-site and virtual learning experiences, including training materials that build employee capabilities, behaviors, and engagement.
  • Contribute to enterprise talent development projects or programs.
  • Develop strong consultative relationships with HRBPs, regional leaders and employees to understand and assess talent needs in North America.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to co-create targeted learning experiences aligned with the specific regional needs of North America employees, executing to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Relied upon to sustain positive learning experiences that align with our culture, purpose, mission, and vision.
  • Create and manage regional Talent Management communication plans, media channels, and calendars to deliver consistent information about enterprise initiatives and content to promote Company culture, learning & development & employee engagement.
  • Identify ways to increase employee awareness and participation in L&D initiatives.
  • Respond to all regional Talent Development requests by working closely with the Talent Development leads and program managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 6+ years of L&D related work experience.
  • Experience in instructional design, program development, and delivery with a focus on continuous improvement, evaluation, and measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage, customize, and deliver learning content, showcasing strong facilitation skills for in-person, hybrid, and virtual audiences of varying size and seniority.
  • Previous success in partnering with leaders across different seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently on multiple projects, adeptly navigating competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; driven by curiosity to learn and leverage new technology, systems, or methods of working.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent judgment, coupled with creativity and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to commuting to the Jersey City office 2-3 times per week.
