As theSenior Analyst, Gross-to-Net, you will work with a global team having the mission to implement SAP S/4HANA globally. You focus on theOrder to Cash end-to-end.Gross-To-Net process, Pricing, Contract Settlement,chargebacks, rebates, copay, clawbackshave no secret for you. You cover the discovery phase, gather requirements, support the implementation, train users and act as first line support after hypercare. Your focus is to gather and understand the business requirements, straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and implement the most efficient Process & IT solution. After implementation you help improving processes, products, services, and software. The role is Global requiring travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Market Access and Finance teams to understand and map current models, processes, and data structures.

  • Lead the business requirements gathering during the explore and discovery phases. When necessary, you write design decisions, driving cross-team alignment.

  • Mediate the information exchange between program team and business stakeholders to ensure that each requirement is properly translated into technical documents.

  • Serve as a leader in integrating data, analytics and forecasting with cross functional findings and insights developed by peers across the Market Access Insights and Analytics team.

  • Experienced in Standard Operating Procedures, you are responsible for their creation and maintenance, including flow charts describing the processes.

  • Responsible for Key user and end-user training and material.

  • Participate in the issuance and execute test protocols for solution and data transfer validation.

  • Understand, comply, and execute all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards, including relevant SOPs and relevant GxP Compliance requirements.

  • Act as Global Power User after implementations, ensuring CPI and support to the users. Making the link between the user community and the IT Technical Team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum B.A. / B.S., CPA or MBA preferred with majors in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or similar.

  • Understanding of the GAAP principles related to revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting practices.

  • Strong knowledge of Market Access activities including but not limited to contracting, pricing, direct sales, chargebacks, rebates, copay, clawbacks, and governmental programs.

  • System Knowledge: SAP s/4HANA SD, MM and FI. ICyte Platform, any other GTN-related software such as Vistex or Model N. EDI Expertise.

  • Mastery of MS-Office suite, including Visio

  • 5-10 years of Pharma industry experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Mindset
  • Language(s) : fluent in English mandatory; French and/or Spanish seen as a plus.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $145,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
