We are seeking a tech savvy, creative personality, who is able to create well detailed, vibrant reports for our clients and operations teams. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with our operations teams, paying up to $65,000 depending on experience.

The Reporting Coordinator is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned TMG operations. Our reporting responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to Operations to create and revise account monthly/quarterly reports
  • Assist Operations with quarterly/annual business reviews utilizing MS Power Point and Excel
  • Create Power Point presentations for special projects within the operation; utilizing pivot tables and attention-grabbing graphics.
  • Assist in assigning monthly training for all TMG Associates through corporate VLC and track monthly completions
  • Design and document work flows under the direction of Operations Management
  • Create/distribute client surveys; monitor and compile results
  • Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

* High Proficiency with Microsoft office applications:
o Word
o Excel (experience with Macros/Power BI preferred)
o PowerPoint (strong presentation build out skills)
o Outlook
o Visio
o Adobe Suite

* Strong work ethic
* Team and service oriented
* Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels in a diverse and fast paced working environment
