Ansell is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role in coordinating and assisting on special projects related to inventory control, eComm logistics operations and customer experience as related to distribution and logistics. Support the management of inventory control initiatives across our Americas warehouse operations including eCommerce. Act as liaison to the Business Intelligence Team and distribution operations to build and focus on analytical capabilities, developing BI tools and automating the reporting, metrics, and scorecard development. Microsoft Dynamics 365 a major plus!

What your role will be?

  • Support processes associated operations to ensure compliance with Ansell standards and requirements as well as customer commitments.
  • Resolve delivery related issues through timely communication with carriers, and across functional departments.
  • Be the liaison between warehouse distribution centers, transportation, and internal partners.
  • Control the processes associated with the inbound container routings to ensure compliance with carrier for customer commitments.
  • Work with operations team to document, improve & enhance standard operating procedures (SOP) and shipping practices.
  • Support in RFP projects covering various logistics initiatives.
  • Back-up support for Distribution and Logistics team member(s)
  • Provide training, communication plans and provide facilitation support as requested
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that support process improvements and team development.
  • Develop & utilize, various logistics reports for managing or measuring performance, report on objectives and metrics.
  • Analyze business requirements, identify today's process vs system gaps, assess alternative solutions, propose solutions, and align with business owners.
  • Develop tools to track the ocean carriers service levels
  • Identify and work the team to resolve any related issues through effective communication across all functional departments.
  • Track and document all service-related failures
  • Support the Distribution and Logistics teams in developing/establishing data analytics frameworks and tools that streamline business processes.

  • Collaborate as team member of Data Lake development teams.
  • Analyze and report global & regional service and cost metrics & warehouse milestone updates
  • Work with the team to automate reporting metrics in Business Intelligence tools.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Distribution Analytics. Preferred Six Sigma or Lean Logistics
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 a major plus!
