Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 yearly with bonuses and benefits

Overview:
As a pivotal Senior Financial Analyst, your expertise will steer strategic financial decisions, propelling our company forward.
Your role is integral in synthesizing financial data, fostering business strategies, and ensuring our goals are met with precision and innovation.
Collaborating with key departments, you'll drive our financial planning to new heights.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Excel, Accumatic, and Salesforce, aligning financial insights with our strategic objectives.
- Lead in the management and integrity of financial data, ensuring compliance and accuracy through meticulous data analysis and technical support.
- Perform advanced financial planning and analysis, identifying cost-reduction opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement and strategic success.


Qualifications Needed

- A degree in Finance or a comparable discipline is required.
- A minimum of two years of pertinent experience in the fields of manufacturing, consumer products, or logistics, particularly with a focus on the management and analytical review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- High-level skill in Excel (including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions) is crucial; experience with Accumatic and Salesforce is greatly appreciated.
- Proven background in overseeing data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing system-related technical assistance.
