Job Description

Our client, a leading Manufacturer in the Upper Freehold NJ area is seeking to add a Senior Analyst to their team.
In this Analyst position, you will work at a strategic level with all kinds of technical subject matter experts in the elicitation, modeling, Producing and Analysing KPI Metrics, documentation and management of data, and business and systems requirements. You will use your extensive knowledge of product Life Cycle and analysis best practices to facilitate requirements sessions and communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, senior managers and other team members.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Providing guidance and technical support to customers and stakeholders
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Cost reduction
  • Creating KPI Metrics using Excel, Accumatic, and SalesForce
  • Working with the SMEs to ensure that data providers are in compliance with the published data standards; validating data from the providers and monitoring and reporting on the quality of the data.
  • Providing support to data providers seeking technical compliance, and answering business-related questions about the guide to reporting specifications
  • Analyzing submitted data to support comparative analysis
  • Providing Ad-Hoc Query support
  • Reporting requirements from owners and/or analysts, and preparing functional and technical design documents
  • Supporting user acceptance testing of new data warehouse features
  • Gathering, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
2+ years experience in a manufacturing, CPG , or logistics space with heavy exposure to KPI's
Advanced Excel - Pivot tables, V-Lookups
Ability to work in-office until hybrid schedule
