Billing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, collaborating closely with the finance department.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete.
- Address billing inquiries from clients and internal teams promptly.
- Lead and contribute to projects aimed at streamlining billing operations and enhancing procedural efficiency.

Position Attributes:
Offering a remote work arrangement with the expectation for occasional in-office presence in Metuchen, NJ, to promote team collaboration and project alignment.

Compensation:
Starting at $50,000 annually

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with exposure to billing and financial operations.
- Openness to learning and adapting to new billing and month-end procedures.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
