As a Business Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and own key operational excellence programs, driving strategic productivity initiatives for the North & South regions. Coach matrix teams to assure operating plan success.
• Coordinating with the regional teams to ensure consistent and complementary operations across regional boundaries. Develop and drive best practices, policies, and procedural compliance.
• Owning and Drive continuous improvements in the operational KPI's, such as Assigned and Billable time, Health, Safety ad Environmental (HSE), , VCP, SOAR, LARI, etc.
• Acting as a point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory support services. Provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers and engineers in the designated geographic region.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Degree with at least 5 years of experience in Field Services.
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management.
• Bently Nevada product knowledge.
• Previous Service Max experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Background of performing, leading, and executing solutions in the oil / gas / energy industry and working in a matrix environment.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
