This position will have a requirement of 3x a week in-office at our Jersey City, NJ location.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Integrated Marketing Director ready to apply their expertise in marketing strategy and execution for a marketing team within a fast-paced publicly traded company. You'll have a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns by coordinating with key stakeholders across product, sales, and sales enablement to meet revenue goals. You'll exhibit a deep understanding of markets and customers to lead go-to-market strategy for successful product launches. In addition, you will be passionate about leading a team of talented individuals towards achieving our organizational goals and objectives.

The Integrated Marketing Director will define a marketing strategy for solutions for the Claims business. You'll be working with a group of accomplished high-level professionals while deepening your knowledge and skills with an ever-expanding breadth of projects. You'll also have marketing ownership over key categories and target audiences and apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk solutions through collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop product positioning and messaging aligned to target audience needs that clearly differentiates our solutions in the market.
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns based on customer insights and audience profiles to deliver on key business objectives.
    • Lead go-to-market strategy and planning across multiple marketing functions for new feature and solutions launches.
  • Sales/Event Enablement:
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify product and awareness content needed to advance sales opportunities.
    • Plan and execute key industry and hosted events to establish Verisk as a key strategic partner and thought leader with targeted client segments.
    • Serve as internal and market-facing SME/thought leader for the product/solution category and target audience to inform business decisions.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:
    • Initiate research with key stakeholders and leverage insights to drive marketing and product strategy.
    • Leverage compelling customer insights from research and third-party data in the development of target personas to better position solutions in the market.
  • Marketing Analytics and Budget Reporting:
    • Leverage actionable marketing analytics and insights to drive recommendations on how to meet business objectives.
    • Manage and report on campaign budget performance and optimize campaign performance based upon data and insights.
  • Team Building/Development:
    • Coach and develop a team of marketing professionals to consistently demonstrate core strategic marketing skills.

Qualifications
  • BA in marketing, communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8 to 12 years of integrated, product or channel marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success with developing marketing strategy and executing across cross-functionally across multiple marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market and competitive to inform marketing and product strategy decisions.
  • Successful track-record of collaborating with Product Management and Sales across multiple seniority levels to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Experience in taking a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making, with a perspective on how to measure and evaluate activities to optimize performance.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing business needs and external market dynamics.
  • Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of three days a week.
