Job Overview:

Prepares cold sandwiches, platters and salads for patient room service. Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis

Qualifications:

Required:

• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Prior food Service experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift Working 11:00am-7:30pm every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Days to work vary
• Part Time Day

Essential Functions:

• Responsible that all necessary preparation is completed for the following day s menu for trayline and cafeteria
• All produce is washed and cleaned on a daily basis
• All salad bar vegetables and ingredients are completed on a daily basis
• All preparation for platters are completed according to the menu cycle
