Job Description

Product Line Specialist -Morristown, NJ

What YOU will do:

This position will be responsible for providing product line management support to departments in the Property Division. Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

    You will draft commercial property, inland marine and product recall policy forms and endorsements
  • Coordinate approvals from claims, regulatory, underwriting and legal for finalized contract wordings
  • Organization and maintenance of documents and libraries of approved products
  • Complete audits of underwriting and claims files as assigned
  • Update underwriting guidelines, procedures and workflow as needed
  • Assist in the development of pricing tools and underwriting systems
  • If requested, help underwriting renew and write new business
  • Manage and prepare C&F property reports for all divisions that offer property insurance
  • Lead, manage and participate on projects as assigned

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and/or equivalent in internships
  • Excellent writing, attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to convey information and ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A proven team player with a drive to succeed
  • College degree (B.S. or B.A.)

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $75,200.00 to a maximum of $125,300.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
