Responsibilities

This Financial Analyst completes and analyzes financial and statistical reporting and provide quantitative and analytical support to the Central Business Office. This position assists with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and related footnote disclosures; ensures timely and accurate financial information, ad hoc reporting, financial projection and budgeting, and related activities. This role will also assist with payor contracting, settlements, and special projects.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


Required qualifications:


1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance preferred.
2. Three to five (3-5) years hospital/healthcare accounting/finance experience preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements and financial projections.
4. Excellent communication skills


Preferred qualifications:


1. Public accounting (audit) experience, 10Q/K reporting experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP -Preferred
2. Certified Public Accountant - Preferred
