Intelligence and EW Training Integrator

The Opportunity:

As an Instructor and Integrator, you will provide integration support to the functional components of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) program in support of individual and collective training at the company, battalion, brigade, and division levels. You'll participate in planning and implementation of training programs, practices and procedures, and configuration requirements, definition analysis, design, system integration, and performance analysis of HUMINT Control Cell (HCC) and Tactical Control Cell (TCC), Lower and Upper Enclaves, and associated Target Signature Array (TSA) systems. As part of Booz Allen's Emerging Threat, Training and Readiness Capability, you'll enhance the hands-on knowledge and increase the capability of the Army Intelligence Warfighter.

As an Instructor and Integrator, you will lead efforts in development of new and revision of existing training content, and implement revised content based on changes to the system, tactics techniques, and procedures, and concept of operations. You'll demonstrate effective presentation and questioning skills, prepare for instruction, provide clarification and feedback, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills, and assess learning and performance. You will leverage your technical abilities to provide system support while working directly with our client during on-site training as well as providing support in tactical operational training events. You will experience firsthand results of the training you provide. You will collaborate within a team environment to develop, modify, refine, and validate training scenarios and plans utilizing best practices and exceed industry standards. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in training and development

  • Experience as a military intelligence specialist in HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, or All Source

  • Knowledge of Army intelligence systems and platforms

  • Ability to travel CONUS 10% annually

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with intelligence operations, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence operations

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with command post operations, simulations operations, digital master gunner, battle staff operations, observer controller trainer, and exercise project officer

  • Experience with command post operations

  • Ability to interface with a wide variety of personnel

  • Ability to be a self-starter, have strong team ethic, and handle stress and work in a dynamic environment

  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Completion of Digital Master Gunner Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
