Position Overview

Vantage is looking for a self-starting Market Strategy intern to help drive North American Market Strategy process across multiple workstreams. In this internship program you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team that is at the front end of defining priority markets for Vantage and directing land acquisition activities in North America.

Essential Job Functions

• Drive cross-functional market research and data analytics projects to inform strategic planning, including assessing industry trends and analyzing market dynamics, including customer demand and competitive supply

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the data center sector, including monitoring competitors' activities and performance metrics.

• Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in data center technology and market dynamics.

• Create a newsletter highlighting top data center activities in North America and Market Strategy, collaborating with the team to assess market opportunities and formulate actionable strategies.

• Contribute to the creation of strategic documents, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from various sources, translating findings into actionable recommendations for optimizing market development processes and supporting the implementation and tracking of KPIs for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Construction, or similar field.

• Rising Junior or Senior status

• Minimum GPA requirement - 3.0

• Previous Internship experience, preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information effectively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Excellent teamwork ability and can-do approach; a healthy disregard for the impossible!

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

• No travel is expected
