Description:
  • Manager Level Team Member in the Supplier Management and Operations (SMOx) group to support the Company Patient Assistance Program (JPAP) team within the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization located in either Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
  • Company is committed to raising the bar on patient experience (Px), building a new center of excellence - the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization - that will create more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences for patients starting treatments across the Company portfolio.
  • This role will be positioned in the SMOx organization and will work closely with the JPAP Program Owners on the management and delivery of operational activities related to the daily operations of JPAP.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of HUB operations for JPAP (performing daily program monitoring and operational oversight)
  • Monitor key performance metrics and overall supplier performance related to established KPIs
  • Provide project management support to help the team prepare for the reverification season occurring in Q4
  • Support risk-based review evaluations to ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Manage the drafting, review and evaluation of the SOP documents and their implementation
  • Assist team with the triage of general program and individual patient/HCP issues, identify root cause and corrective action(s)
  • Lead Supplier and internal teams through key deliverables to include Compliance Governance Committee (CGC) Meetings, supplier Proof of Service and budget management, Supplier Control Document, Supplier Audits, Issue triage and resolution, and non-conformance documentation
  • Support creation and maintenance of program materials ensuring content is current, compliant and process through CAC (SOPs & call guides)
  • Support Quality Business Review (QBR) meetings
  • In addition to above, you will also support the SMOx team with the following:
  • Facilitate PECS departmental meetings on Issue Management and Concept Review insuring follow up on key actions
  • Develop KPIs for Issue Management and Concept Review to show progress on Supplier performance.

Qualifications
  • Education and work experience.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of healthcare business experience (EX: customer service, sales, marketing, market access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics, account management) is required
  • Experience managing Access & Affordability programs (e.g., HUB, Coupon) preferred
  • Budget management experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of supplier management is preferred
  • Candidate must have strong business acumen and demonstrate confidence, emotional intelligence, and empathy to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
  • Subject Matter Expert in Excel preferred
  • Must be capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, agility, and pro-active relationship management in a multi-matrix stakeholder environment, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment; Commitment to diversity and inclusion to foster best thinking across the team
  • Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and defuse difficult situations.

  • Travel. This position is based in Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA or remote and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
