How does the Certified Caregiver in Training Program work?

  • Brightview interviews and hires you as a Resident Assistant in training.
  • You will attend orientation at the community and then enter a training program with Brightview's Training Partner that includes the required classroom and clinical training for required state certification.
  • Upon successful completion of classwork and clinical competencies and gaining state required certifications, you will be certified to work as a Certified Caregiver/Resident Assistant in Assisted Living and will start working with our residents at the community!

Responsibilities

What will you get to do as a Certified Caregiver at Brightview?

  • Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
  • Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
  • Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.


Compensation Disclosure

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.
