As Technician, Aseptic Sanitization you will be responsible for ensuring that production areas, equipment, and surfaces meet stringent hygiene standards to support aseptic manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom areas, equipment, and surfaces following established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, walls, floors, and ceilings to maintain a sterile and contaminant-free environment.

• Remove waste, debris, and used materials from cleanroom areas, disposing of them properly in designated containers.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure availability for routine cleaning tasks.

• Other duties as required and assigned by management.

**The hours for this position will be M-F from 11pm - 7am.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational education is preferred.

• minimum 1 year experience in cleaning or custodial roles, particularly in controlled cleanroom environments, is preferred.

• Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cleanroom protocols, and cGMP is a plus.

• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and SOPs.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a controlled aseptic environment, following gowning and hygiene protocols.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Lifting up to 25lbs, bending, and reaching to clean surfaces and handle cleaning equipment.

• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns, gloves, masks, and goggles.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $33,600 to $62,40, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. If hired to work 3rd shift in this role, the pay differential will be 20%. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
