General Summary:
The Manager, Digital Content Strategy is a key part of the Digital Commerce Strategy & Capabilities team, as the owner of content strategy development, execution, and creation of a seamless experience for our brands on the digital shelf. This role is responsible for management of digital shelf content operations, creative end to end, ensuring the content process flows from item kick off, to master data download, to asset collection, to syndication of content to retailers (e.g. Amazon, Kroger, Target, Walmart.com, etc.). This role works with internal systems (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.) and capabilities that initiate, develop, and maintain digital content, as well as retailers to understand their content capabilities, intake and remedy processes.
This role is hybrid in Camden, NJ - WHQ; 3 days a week in office is required.

Develop and maintain productive working relationship with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing (Production, Design and Consumer Engagement), Customer Sales teams and IT (PIM, Reporting, Deployment).

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
