Job Overview:

The Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight of the Peer Recovery Program, PRP, Case Manager Team. The Supervisor manages, monitors, and oversees a group of Case Managers to achieve goals that contribute to the Peer Recovery Program. The Supervisor will motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates High Reliability. The Supervisor will provide services in a variety of settings within the assigned geographic area.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have two or more years of experience in the field of substance use
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • A minimum of one-year experience working as a Case Manager in the Peer Recovery Program
  • Must have experience with electronic health records
  • Computer skills and knowledge with ability to email, navigate Microsoft Word, and other software systems
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development/training, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

Preferred:

  • Bilingual
  • Additional advanced degree

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Full-Time

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of a Peer Recovery Program Case Manager Team
  • Coordinate scheduling changes as necessary
  • Ensure effective communication with Recovery Specialist and Patient Navigator Team
  • Ensure quality of treatment and recovery support recommendations and referrals
  • Work with program manager to orient, train and shadow new team members
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders related to the work of a team
  • Provide administrative supervision of Case Manager Team
  • Support team members with complex cases
  • Perform chart reviews
  • Makes certain that the team is compliant with all required documentation
  • Assist Manager in compiling all reports required by the funders
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders related to the work of a team
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
