We're seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery I to join our Service Management team, and will work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle database solutions using SQL programming, including designing, writing, and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, such as data integrity, performance bottlenecks and query optimization.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to database design, schema and dataflow.
  • Assist in data migration, integration, and transformation activities.
  • Design and develop visually appealing and interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings through clear and compelling visualizations.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Tableau Dashboards and reports for improved performance and usability.
  • Stay up to date with Tableau best practices, new features, and industry BI trends, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to improve data visualization capabilities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred, 6-8 years of experience in a systems SCM environment, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and helping users understand data and patterns
  • Experience in using business intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle Exadata preferred), Python and R
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
