What part will you play?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are assigned and completed according to schedule.
    • Implement project management best practices to drive successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
    • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Resource Management:
    • Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources effectively.
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges.
    • Proactively manage issues and risks to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
    • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Oversight:
    • Work closely with finance teams to develop and manage project budgets.
    • Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of project components.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team productivity.

What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
