MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Ten (10) years of related experience with Master's or 14 years of related experience with Bachelor's degree
• As a part of the 10/14 years of professional experience, experience must include at least three (3) of the following areas and three (3) years of this technical experience shall be in support of C4ISR. Experience may be concurrent:
  • Systems Analysis
  • Systems Architecture (Hardware/Software)
  • Systems/Equipment Support
  • Installation
  • Test & Evaluation

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT) or Maritime Integrated Broadcast Service (MIBS) Experience

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance
• Integrates various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support
• Performs project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with a project
• Prepares and delivers presentations/briefings; utilizes experience as the task lead/manager
