Job description:

We are seeking a Principal Product Consultant with a strong background in MN-Revvy-RM and a deep understanding of Finance & Accounting to join our team.

With 20-24 years of experience the ideal candidate will drive product innovation and provide strategic consulting to our clients ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their complex business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of MN-Revvy-RM solutions tailored to meet the financial and accounting needs of our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of MN-Revvy-RM with existing client systems.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients financial processes and recommend improvements leveraging MN-Revvy-RM capabilities.

- Provide expert consultancy on best practices in finance and accounting ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Facilitate training sessions for clients on MN-Revvy-RM functionalities and updates.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in finance & accounting to guide product enhancement discussions.

- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and proposal development.

- Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients to ensure requirements are accurately translated into product features.

- Manage client expectations and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

-Qualifications

- Must have extensive experience with MN-Revvy-RM and a solid understanding of its application in finance and accounting.

- Proven track record in consulting and product management within the finance & accounting domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about business challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Experience with MN-Revvy-SALES is highly desirable offering additional value in sales and revenue management projects.

- A commitment to continuous learning and development in both technical and domain-specific areas is essential

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/-$145,000/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
