Associate Recruiter (Internal Role)

Position Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our mission, identifying and connecting with qualified candidates that align seamlessly with our client's job requirements and business needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conducting thorough interviews - via phone, email, or in person - to assess skill sets, understand career goals, and match candidates with applicable positions.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with candidates and current employees, building trust, and gaining familiarity with various industries and job roles, while expanding your professional network.
  • Creative Sourcing: Identifying innovative ways to source viable candidates, leveraging internet resources, directories, contact lists, database leads, and personal networking.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcasing your negotiation prowess by determining wage rates and employment terms, while affirming candidate commitment for both current and future positions.
  • Networking Mastery: Actively participating in job fairs and networking events to meet potential candidates, expanding your professional network and contributing to Equiliem's growth.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers: Working closely with Account Managers to enhance client service, contributing to the inside sales process and ensuring client talent needs are met seamlessly.
