YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Director, Digital Strategy & Activation Lead, Product Squad are to:

The Digital Strategy & Activation Lead, Product Squad serves as a dedicated member of the Elinzanetant Launch Team where they lead the development and execution of pre-launch digital strategies designed to engage and activate patients, HCPs and other prioritized stakeholders post launch. The Digital Strategy & Activation Lead will manage development, coordination and monitoring of integrated digital strategies and tactical plans, including media strategies and plans, in support of achieving long, mid, and short-term outcomes for the Product Squad.

This role reports to the VP, Digital Strategy & Product Operations, and partners closely with the Product Squad, Media Activation, Content & Campaign Activation, Creative Services, Digital Analytics and other cross-functional teams to leverage internal and external digital capabilities to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer impact in the activation of data-driven digital plans.

  • Identify digital strategies and activation plans for the Product Squad to deliver the most relevant and impactful HCP and patient experience;
  • Manage non-branded media planning for the Product Squad, maximizing the impact of media investments by taking a data-driven approach, leveraging the in-house Media Activation capabilities, ensuring alignment between digital and linear media, and managing external strategic partnerships;
  • Assesses branded external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to making the best decisions on business strategy given digital realities;
  • Oversee the day-to-day activation of digital strategies for the Product Squad, including all budget related, project management oversight, and other issues. Assess challenges and opportunities and/or organizational dynamics and proactively take appropriate actions to resolve problems and ensure objectives are achieved;
  • Evaluates and recommends new optimization methods to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Drive innovative and efficient solutions for the Product Squad through partnerships with key media, technology, and data partners (e.g., Google, Veeva, Meta, Doximity, etc.);
  • Acts as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain digital capabilities;
  • Foster a data-driven culture to continually analyze ROI and refine digital strategies to increase customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S.;
  • Proficient in translating brand strategies into actionable media pathways to on both branded and nonbranded campaigns;
  • Experience in omnichannel/multichannel customer engagement strategies;
  • Deep understanding of digital media channels and partners;
  • In-depth experience with integrated marketing and communications programs including strategic development, creative development, analysis and implementation, and budget management;
  • Strong media agency management experience;
  • Solid expertise with online marketing tools and web-based technologies;
  • In-depth knowledge of how digital channels work;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Highly collaborative and accustomed to working in an environment with a high degree of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.B.A.
